Raised on a farm in Vincennes, Indiana, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Indiana University and her Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Beginning her CFS career as a Prevention Specialist, Mollie developed deep understanding of behavioral health sector needs before becoming CEO in October 2020. Her leadership emphasizes innovative, evidence-based programs and sustainable interventions across behavioral health and criminal justice sectors, ensuring CFS continues expanding its impact while serving individuals and families facing complex challenges

Emma combines social work expertise with strategic business operations. Originally from Greenwood, IN, she holds a Bachelor of Social Work and MBA from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Emma became Chief Operating Officer in May 2023, where she leads performance management systems, procedural oversight, healthcare payor relationships, and compliance management. Her business acumen paired with operational excellence has significantly contributed to CFS's growth while maintaining rigorous service and regulatory compliance standards.

Krystal is a dedicated social work professional and evaluator based in Indianapolis whose career focuses on justice, equity, and systems-level change. With her MSW degree, she specializes in mixed methods research and evaluation design. Krystal has extensive experience with community-based organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies to create evaluations that center community voice and measure outcomes. Her approach combines evaluation rigor with empathy, helping organizations use data for accountability, storytelling, and advocacy while building evaluation infrastructure that supports learning and continuous improvement.

Jamie has extensive community development and grant writing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication/Human Relations from WIU and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Fund Development from the University of Notre Dame. Jamie began working in rural America to lead strategic initiatives including the establishment of a regional hospital trauma center, public transportation systems, childcare programs, and economic development projects. Her expertise in federal and state grant writing, combined with proven success in public-private partnerships, makes her instrumental in securing funding and developing strategic partnerships for organizational growth. 

Mackenzie brings a clinical foundation in behavioral health to her work in program development and grant writing at Olam Consulting. As a licensed social worker, she understands firsthand how policy, funding, and program design translate into client outcomes, insight she applies directly to proposal development and program planning for Olam's clients. Her background in addiction counseling and crisis intervention informs her approach to writing and structuring programs that meet funders' expectations while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice. Annie is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and with her Bachelor of Social Work degree, she manages administrative and coordination tasks that enable the consulting team to focus on strategic client work. Her social work background brings valuable perspective to community-centered approaches while ensuring smooth project coordination across all services. Annie's attention to detail and organizational skills contribute to successful grant applications and consulting deliverables, supporting clients in achieving their programmatic goals.
